各種背部動作,特別不擅長由上往下拉? - 健身

各位巨巨好
今天有二個背部訓練的問題想請教
我現在是一周二練背,二次練背日除了都會練引體向上之外,其他的
練背動作都不同,總共有7~8個動作。我自己是把這些動作分成三大類:
由上往下拉(如滑輪下拉),由下往上拉(如T槓划船),由前往後拉(如坐姿划船)。
後二類的動作沒有問題,可以很確實的感受到背部發力,而且手不會酸。
可是由上往下拉這類的動作,不但背部感受度較差,而且很容易二頭用力過多。
我有意識到這個問題,所以有把重量減輕以確保姿勢正確避免過多代償,
可是效果似乎有限,練起來背部感受度還是不如後二類動作。
請問:
1.可能是甚麼原因,讓我特別不擅長由上往下拉這類的動作?
2.背部動作有7~8個那麼多。我是應該多練目前不擅長的由上往下拉這類動作,
還是乾脆把這類動作當成輔助項,主練其他二類的動作?
