各部位最佳動作與組合 - 健身

健身動作百百種 小弟接觸健身也快一年了 雖然比不上各位巨巨 但我也很好奇大家都如何搭配自己的課表的
所以我想請教 如果說各個部位限定幾個動作 該如何搭配才能最高效 最全面呢?
大致上如下:
胸:3-4個動作
背:3-4個動作
腿:2-3個動作
肩:前中後束各一
二頭:2-3個動作
這樣各位巨巨會怎麼搭配呢?
