我的身高: 184公分
現在體重: 116公斤
上一次量的骨骼肌:約38上下
(明天會再量一次得到比較精準的數字)
去年胖到126公斤被嚇到
每天踏步機1小時+重訓然後晚餐不吃一路減到現在的體重。
最近想說再努力減一下看能不能減到100以下(或是先目標110以下)
想請問各位,我這種BMI還是歸類在過胖的前提之下,我能夠直接照搬以前的方式減重嗎?
飲食方面
早上10點到下午3點內吃掉兩餐
食物就是雞胸/沙拉或是清燙青菜/水煮蛋白4顆或是茶碗蒸2碗
