一直以來都沒特別運動或忌口,體重都落在45kg上下(160cm),但在這3個月裡因為幾乎每
天陪朋友吃宵夜,竟然胖了快5公斤
以前的體型自認滿勻稱的,現在很明顯下半身粗了一圈,甚至大腿還有了橘皮...(哭)
爬文章看到運動沒有辦法局部減脂肪,會胖會瘦哪都是看基因,如果我是屬於上半身容易
瘦,下半身容易胖,那這樣是不是就算運動,體型也可能無法回到從前?
假設我胖1kg在上半身,4kg在下半身,後來運動瘦了5kg,但也可能可能上半身-4,下半
身只減-1?
不知道是不是我理解錯誤...若是想回到以前勻稱的比例,應該怎麼做進行呢?例如先做有
氧瘦全身,在練上半身肌肉(?
還請各位前輩能推薦一些比較適合的運動了,感激不盡QQ
