我是一個很嘴饞的人
之前嘗試每天健身房一小時,飲食沒控制(健身會餓嘛),原本設定3個月瘦20公斤,結果
到後來體重減了五公斤就卡關了,後來的重訓只有讓肌肉越來越發達。一直到後來爆發武漢
肺炎,健身房索性停掉,朋友就推薦我一個輕斷食app
【類似APP很多,就不特別推薦,以免廣告之嫌】
老實講,要一個肥宅一餐不吃簡直要他的命,開始時第一天實在很痛苦,必須做其他事來轉
移注意力,例如上ptt(喂~)
而用app輔助有一個好處,就是在斷食的每一個區間它會告訴你這個時間身體在幹什麼

目前實施第三天,身體有什麼特別感覺嘛
1. 第一天的晚餐沒吃的飢餓感是唯一門檻,撐過之後隔天早上起床,你的身體可能剛好是
處在level.6酮症狀態,早上起來反而不會特別餓。
2. 當你開始進食,可以使用手機的計時器,像我就設定8小時,響鈴時就開始禁食了。
3. 當你身體處在第5~6階段時,會感覺異常口渴,注意補充水份。
4. 昨天我原本想拉長到18-6,結果早上女友約吃早餐,失敗XDDD
