腳受傷的關係,一年多沒運動
最近復健時 醫生說可以給腳一點施力了 但還不要太多
因為很久沒運動 所以想做核心肌群 順便改善駝背> <
網上影片蠻多的 也有很多動作重複
想問版友們
是不是 隨便找個影片練就ok了呢?
因為有些需要專人指導 不然易受傷
想找在家就可以做的 不會受限於時間
