沒有吃到基礎代謝率 - 健身

想請教一個問題 如果沒有吃到基礎代謝率的話
照理來說每天所需要的熱量會越來越少 也就是代謝越來越慢才對
但是如果有做有氧以及重訓的話 照理來說身體的代謝會加快才對
即便此時沒有吃到基礎代謝率 每天所需要的熱量應該是不會下降才對吧?
所以要是真的每天狂做訓練 但沒吃到基代 應該還是會瘦
但肌肉會消掉更多? 可是基礎代謝率會連帶的只因為沒吃東西
就反而變低嗎?
如然想到這個問題 想知道大家的看法如何
