大家好 因為最近我想減重 所以有個關於基礎代謝的問題想問
我的基礎代謝大概是在 1700 Kcal 左右
也就是說如果要維持我最基本的代謝 不要讓身體出問題
那我一天至少要吃進 1700 Kcal
我每天跑步 假設 30min 可以消耗 300 Kcal 好了
如果我一天運動兩小時 消耗的熱量就會是 1200 Kcal
就等於是我當日只有剩下 1700 - 1200 = 500 Kcal 的熱量
如此一來身體不會有問題嗎
還是說只要我有攝取到基本代謝 1700 Kcal 的熱量就不會有問題
運動所消耗的熱量會從我體內屯積的能量開始扣呢
另外還有一個是 我有時跑到一半因為很熱 所以就會喝水
但喝水之後再跑 就會覺得有點不舒服 會有一點點想吐的感覺
跑一跑停下來都不是因為體力無法負荷 而是因為胃不舒服
請問有沒有辦法避免這樣的情況?
最後還有一點
如果我要的不只是減重 還希望可以有點肌肉線條 那是不是應該要加入重訓呢
