唇皰疹的時候該繼續訓練嗎? - 健身

如題,
產後一直都有運動習慣,通常都是大肌群(胸背腿)輪流訓練,因為之前訓練錯誤導致左手二
頭跟旋轉肌發炎,然後本身就是無肉人xD重量其實都不重(例如臥推就只能推空槓而已,深
蹲大概含槓只能蹲45kg>>都是12~15下一組),然後偶爾會去游泳
不過現在問題來了,最近考試近了壓力比較大,結果就得了人生首次的唇皰疹,上唇水泡們
大到慘不忍睹,看了皮膚科跟中醫都是說身體太累了,所以才會冒
運動其實是我為數不多的紓壓管道,我問了醫生醫生只有說不要劇烈運動,不要共食親親就
不太會傳染,讓我猶豫要不要上健身房,
沒運動的時候我一直會覺得變胖,無形壓力xD而且唇皰疹的病程不短,所以想上來請教各位
有人有這樣情形還是持續運動嗎,還是都不要運動好好休息,還是減少運動量之類的,
不能運動好折磨,但是如果運動延長病程也是折磨orz
想請教版上各位有沒有類似經驗求分享!!感激不盡
