大家都一直強調餓肚子容易消到肌肉
所以一直以來我都盡量不要讓自己有
肚子餓的情形發生,
且健身期間都有吃好吃滿。
兩個月前開始進入預計三個月的休息期,
想說順便減脂。
但我並不是完全沒練,一個禮拜還是會做兩次左右徒手訓練。
補充一下:我原本是一個禮拜去健身房五天,強度和課表不用多慮。
但問題來了,
休息期原本以為只要吃到比一般活動
消耗熱量差不多或少一點就可以。
所以本來一天六餐,我減為3點5餐
到4餐左右,但這樣肚子常常在叫啊!
(我現在肚子就超餓,吃橘子中)
尤其第一個月,每天晚上快到睡覺時間肚子都超餓…
(現在睡覺前比較不會餓了,身體慢慢在調整…)
這兩個月以來,我感覺自己越來越胖了!
腹肌從很明顯變成只剩下基本線條。
不該吃的我還是沒吃!
但是體重反而變輕了0.5公斤…
(增加脂肪同時減少肌肉)
我猜我常常消耗到肌肉吧…唉
主要想問問看休息期熱量和蛋白質
到底該怎麼控制與攝取呢?
肚子餓消到肌肉的問題到底該怎麼改善?
