各位板友好:
小弟健身差不多快半年了!
現在遇到一個問題..
就是在做啞鈴握推時~
不是一般都是會拿兩手都同樣的重量~
但是我發覺我左手已經推到力竭 但右手卻還有力氣可以推~
這種情況我該怎麼辦@@??
我該加重右手的重量嗎?? 我又怕這樣胸肌會不會發展不平衡???
