啞鈴肩推的時候肩膀卡卡的 - 健身

大家好,小弟剛開始練沒幾個月
平常就是看姐夫然後去健身房慢慢練
之前練肩推都是用短槓或是w槓
肩推之前沒什麼問題
最近到一個新場地練
因為沒有器材只好用啞鈴
肩推的時候右手肩膀都會有卡卡的感覺
嚇得我只好降重練 可是這樣下去感覺很容易受傷
我做臥推有時候腋下附近那邊也有緊緊的感覺
所以我都盡量從小重量開始熱身 就改善很多
但是肩推無論怎樣熱身都卡卡的
請問這樣去給醫生看會好嗎
還是我天生沒辦法練肩推QQ
