啞鈴臥推新手請教 - 健身

小弟剛健身快四個月,從本來單手8KG到現在第一組可以22KG推10下
目前22KG第一組可以推完,之後第二組就變成只能推4~6下,休息時間約1分半到2分鐘
或者是會直接要降成單手20KG才可以推到8~10下,第三組也是如這個狀況,導致上胸可能
剩下16~18KG單邊,請問是因為吃不夠碳水,或者是力量不足? 還是就是累了力量下降
另外剛剛練的時候剩下14KG啞鈴,拍個影片請教一下各位巨巨,是否動作上哪邊需要改進
目前是覺得可能不夠開,導致有點像啞鈴窄臥推,所以先爆三頭了
但推完還是有胸脹的感覺,但前三角跟三頭也是有感受。
