啞鈴臥推請益 - 健身

想請教各位大大,小弟啞鈴平板臥推的重量一直卡在單手24kg 8下近一年了,每週練就還
是最多就8, 9下就力竭...
但是上胸臥推跟機器夾胸的重量就一直有在提昇..
臥推時確認都是感受到胸部在發力,也沒有用三角或三頭代償,所以不曉得重量一直上不
去的問題在那?還是應該直接拿比較重的啞鈴做低次數高組數的訓練提昇力量?
健身時間約兩年左右
