喝水的量該如何拿捏? - 健身

也看了不少相關的討論以及準則
但是最近聽到一個說法讓我覺得好疑惑
我有一個接觸某直銷健康食品改善身體狀況進而加入成為直銷商的朋友
她總是在身邊帶著一大罐約1-2公升的水瓶
裡面裝滿了橘色的水 聞起來很像檸檬紅茶 喝起來沒有味道
是用他們家的產品泡的
而且她每次一打開就起碼要喝五百C.C.
是"每次"唷
她說 要喝到那麼多的水量 才會帶動身體內部的循環進而排毒之類的
問題來了
1.板上說過 水要小口小口慢慢喝 太多的水只是排掉而已
和我這位朋友的說法就矛盾了@@ 我現在都不知道水要怎麼喝了XD
2.真正的白開水才可以算是喝水 那 像這樣加料泡出來的東西 合格嗎?
