已前當兵沒在練都拉的上,現在反手正手一下都拉不上去,那不然就是跳上去三下在拉一
次就手蝴蝶袖出力還是拉不上去,不知道為啥,伏地挺身都可做20下不累,我173cm60~58
kg,一天只能拉成功一次,很不穩前天還可以站在地上直上直下正手,隔天就不行正手,
站在地上直上直下反手,隔天就不能反手,是沒力的關係?有什麼方法可以改進嗎?我每
天都掛在單桿曬豬肉一個月了還是沒進步,我在想可能剪鐵剪到肩膀出不了力,
好像從我剪鐵之後就拉不上了,正手拉不上去,我雙臂往下出力肩膀受力怪怪卡住,我在
想可能身體受傷,我自覺肌肉沒問題,但我有大小奶
漏斗胸鮪魚肚,我60kg看起來像嗎?會是最近吃牛肉肚子痛寄生蟲。我只希望我反手可以
恢復
