單車環島前一個月,該怎麼鍛鍊自己? - 健身

目前計畫是8月初要去單車環島12天。
我們一行人是四個第一次環島的女生,年紀在22-28之間。
平常偶爾會打羽球或跳舞。
之前請教版友如何鍛鍊肌肉防止駝背後,跑去健身房請教練指導了大約一周左右。
打算七月份開始加入健身房,想要認真的持續鍛鍊自己的身體。
在朋友的邀約之下,就衝動決定了環島的行程了。
但是因為平常運動量不高,擔心自己負荷不了,平常是個坐辦公室的OL。
想請問大家,如果想要讓自己的環島更順利,這個月份我應該怎麼鍛鍊自己呢?
是要鍛鍊心肺功能?還是哪塊肌肉的肌耐力呢?非常感謝。
