先說 我不是什麼專家 我只是一個中年阿桑而且我不瘦
廢話不要打太多
簡言之
每天吃到基代
走一萬步(其中要快走八成) 或是每天或每週五次慢跑三十分
你這樣試一個月 我不相信會沒有用

以下是廢話可以不用看
我每天走一萬步以上或每週五天以上慢跑三十分 一天熱量吃到1800不會變胖
我不懂專業知識 沒在重訓 也沒做過你說的空中瑜珈
我的維持原則就是 多吃多動
如果當天吃破表就趕快多動出去跑一下 或去公園繞圈快走
我有時候會這樣 比方說中午吃太誇張 我就傍晚去跑或快走 直到出現餓感為止XD
然後晚上又可以正常吃一餐了
我不會因為中午吃太多而選擇晚上不吃或少吃
因為晚上完全不吃我會睡不著 而且有時候自己做的飯菜或外食很好吃
要我眼睜睜看著一起吃飯的人在吃而我吃空氣?門都沒有
我寧可還是選擇吃 但我事先趕快多動造成即時熱量赤字
我這十幾年都這樣過 我不敢說我沒復胖過
我過去復胖原因例如: 疫情住國外有配合減少活動量、搬家地形活動量改變要重新適應、
被以前嘲笑我外表的霸凌者找上又被攻擊
導致心情低落吃很多零食提振心情(後來封鎖對方了)
但我復胖不會超過59公斤 體脂部分沒超過31%過
因為活動量變少或吃太多導致復胖 就開始卯起來多運動就好了
當然我知道大多數時候我不是什麼瘦子也沒有美麗的肌肉線條
我的目標很簡單 就是身心健康
每天好睡 吃得下 排便順暢我就很滿意了
我只要復胖都是用上述方法減回來 目前為止沒失敗過
我沒用節食這招 因為我節食晚上會睡不著
二十年前也吃過幾年藥物 因此我很重視身心健康跟睡眠
真的打太多廢話 總之多動就對了 對各方面都有幫助
