1、食慾調整
嘗試吃到七分飽
吃到不會想要重複吃很多小點 就OK
2、放慢進食速度
慢慢吃是一種健康的進食狀態
身體才有時間建立飽足感 進而不會吃太多
3、善用碎片式運動法
不急的話 可多散步 走樓梯
時間累積下來 對身體還是會有正面效果的
4、不依賴搭車
嘗試改變交通模式
早點起來多走或騎Youbike
自己是因為北部常下雨
所以戶外換交通模式比較麻煩
但食慾調整 走樓梯到公司 還是很值得試試的
