從昨天開始實施
早餐:自製果汁牛奶
蘋果 奇異果 鳳梨 香蕉 選2~3種 加脫脂牛奶
咖拉咖啦~就成了一大杯新鮮營養的早餐囉
午餐:學校自助餐三菜+小碗飯 / 或自己想吃的任何東西
以吃飽為主 但不爆食 以纖維質的餐點為主
晚餐:絕對不吃
運動:散步操場2000m
有氧或瑜珈1hr
空中腳踏車200次
抬腿1hr
喝水:2000以上
這樣到6/18可以減到2公斤嗎??
有需要加強什麼嗎??
