最近練重訓好像有比較順一點了
次數和磅數都有漸漸拉長變重
現在可以每個項目做25次30磅左右
不過蝴蝶秀真的很難瘦
看來還要一段時間
今天騎飛輪也沒有像前幾次這麼累
不過有好幾次覺得心臟狂跳到快跳出來
可能是我的心肺功能不夠
感覺練重訓雖然每次隔天都會酸痛
不過還滿有成就感滴
