固定運動習慣真的能讓人精神變好嗎 - 健身

我精神狀況一直都很差,只要沒睡滿八小時就會狂打瞌睡,
現在讀研究所,因為家住的遠,
早上九點的課七點就得起來,上課一直打瞌睡,
已經有老師不爽了,但是研究所有課業、我還有別的事情要忙,
根本不可能太早睡(一點左右能睡就差不多了)
像我今天一直努力撐著,但還是不小心睡著,
其實我只要中間有下課補眠十分鐘,我就有體力上下半堂課,
但老師是老師,他就是喜歡一口氣講完不下課,
我是學生我沒有資格要求他什麼,
我很懶惰我從來沒有運動習慣,我朋友建議我說,
每天固定跑步的話體力會變好,精神變好就不至於睡六小時還會打瞌睡,
請問是真的嗎?
如果是真的的話,硬撐也要每天去運動,因為真的不想給老師壞印象。
