各位前輩大家好
我是個剛考完學測的高三生
想趁最近考完試比較閒好好訓練自己的身體
可是經濟情況真的不大允許我去健身房
便想問各位有什麼在家裡就可以做的重訓呢?
我之前有ㄧ段時間練過這些
科學七分鐘運動

以及
6分鐘腹肌

和伏地挺身
家中有一個7.2公斤的啞鈴,其它就沒工具了
請問做這些能夠有重訓的效果嗎?
而是不是最好不要每天都練呢?
還有什麼東西是我在家裡能做的嗎?
