在家練腿的方式 - 健身

請問中國武術裡面蹲馬步的姿勢,對於腿部肌肉的訓練效果好嗎?
最近,我開始練習一天蹲馬步5~10分鐘,
類似 http://lady.tom.com/dimg/2008/0519/img-1212670346604.jpg 的姿勢

另外我也改良了瑜珈中的樹式

以這種站姿維持5到10分鐘不動,
發現小腿肌肉會變得痠痛,
不知這對種訓練可以使小腿變粗嗎?
一般重訓的原則都是強調一個動作的多次反覆,達到疲勞來刺激肌肉增大
那像這種固定不動的姿勢,對肌肉訓練會有效果嗎?
