到水管去搜尋了一下
看到這個用這個訓練的真人實事影片
哇~三個月成果很恐怖啊

而且即便是女生
也完全沒變肌肉壯女啊
第三個月那肚子是怎麼回事
還倒凹咧
不過我只有幾個問題
一、這個是重訓~但似乎是天天訓練~
好像跟一般重訓的的做一休一觀念不同
沒問題嗎?(但原PO也是天天做~感覺應該OK)
二、這個要配合有氧嗎
還是每天40分鐘這些訓練就可以啦
感覺效果真是好啊
