在家鍛鍊上背 - 健身

最近因為沒什麼預算
都只在家練徒手訓練
腹肌或腿、下背、胸其實都可以很好的練到
發現就差上背了
有在練一些拉的動作
比如下雨就在家拉毛巾 沒下雨就出去拉拉單槓
偶爾做thumb up的動作 就是雙手比讚 緊縮肩夾骨 也可以說T字練法
也大概練了快三個月
可是發現看書看久了 身體還是有點緊繃
主要是脖子會有點酸 我推測是上背沒練好(如果不練脖子的前提)
想請問不去健身房 有沒什麼鍛鍊上背的好方法
主要是自己這樣的菜單似乎沒什麼效...
想求推薦
