坐姿肩推椅子到底要怎麼調整? - 健身

肥宅我做啞鈴坐姿肩推時是會把椅子拉到90度後向下一格左右
有時候看其他巨巨是把椅子調90身體直立的推
但我在WG看有台hammer的機械肩推也是上斜角度
甚至比我自己平常用的還更斜一些
在YT看一些國外的巨巨也是兩種都有
爬文看到說坐姿肩推如果太斜會用更多上胸幫忙推
那肥宅我是都用到上胸在推了嗎?
還是只要不過度拱背 保持好手肘角度等等
這一點角度差異根本沒關係呢?
再麻煩各位巨巨幫忙解惑惹
