各位巨巨美臀好,小弟健身剛滿一年,飲食訓練方面還算正常,有遵循正確的大方向前進

最近突然有個疑惑也不知怎麼爬起文,假設今天維持體重的Tdee為2600,一天下來三餐進
食“健康”且蛋白質、碳水、脂肪都有達標的情況下熱量為2200,那剩下的400大卡以垃
圾食物(餅乾、啤酒含糖飲料等)補齊,長久下來扣掉健康層面,體態會跟剩下400大卡
以“健康”食物補齊會有什麼差異嗎?
