最近減脂四個月後卡關了,想開始執行
168斷食突破瓶頸,但朋友建議我別用這
種方式減脂,他說就算執行一段時間後
成功減脂了,一旦恢復三餐正常飲食,
會馬上打回原形,而且我也不可能忍受
一輩子一天只吃兩餐吧?最好還是正常
照三餐吃,只要注意澱粉糖分熱量別攝取
太高,然後維持重訓有氧運動習慣最理想
保證永遠不復胖,那我想請教板上有過這
種經驗的朋友,執行168斷食真的不適合
用來減脂嗎?
