基代應該要提升到多少? - 健身

最近用歐姆龍量基礎代謝大概都是在1150-1170之間
我知道做重訓可以試著提升基代 最近除了有氧外
也試著做一些在家可以做的簡單重訓
但我很好奇 假設以我的身體條件
應該要將基代提升到多少比較好?
不知為什麼,總覺得自己的基代感覺有點低
還是其實是正常呢?
