其實這問題已經很久了
就是在我跑步的時候
不知道為什麼
肩膀好像很僵硬
常常跑一跑肩膀比腳還快就累了
想問問有沒有什麼跑步可以放鬆肩膀的方法
還是說大家都沒有這樣的問題呢QQ
