基本啞鈴動作問題 - 健身

以一對啞鈴而言 做最基本的向上彎舉2頭的動作
是要雙手一起舉還是左右左右輪流舉 兩者功能又有何異同呢
感覺如果後者 那就不用一對啞鈴 單支交換舉就能達成
前者好像比較協調
但像 鐵克 http://www.takesport.idv.tw/gym/workout/bicep/bicep.asp
這邊的動作示範 都是交叉舉的耶... 雙手同舉的只有"槓鈴"
有點迷惑 精華區也沒特別提到
想請教各位先進^^"
