基礎代謝問題 - 減肥

大家好,我今天去台大的保健中心測量了基代跟體脂肪,
學校的機器是tanita tbf300
有一點點不懂的地方想請教大家> < (已爬精華區與置底)
先附上我今天測量的結果:
age 24
height 153 cm
weight 42.4 kg
bmi 18.1
bmr 1084 cal <--主要這個讓我覺得很疑惑
fat 22.9%
fat mass 9.7kg
ffm 32.7kg
tbw 23.9kg
我的bmi體脂肪都在正常數值內,
但基代卻低於一般成年女性標準1200。
我沒有想要減肥,只想要健康,
吃的部分沒有忌口也都有注意均衡,絕對也都有吃超過基代... 應該還多不少
運動部分,原本是很討厭運動的人,
我是這兩年開始練瑜珈,完全愛上,一周大約3次,
一次都在一到兩小時,是非常強力的負重瑜珈(ashtanga),
大家可以想成是徒手重訓。
約一年前有在康士美用o牌的機器測過,
(雖然是不同機器可能會有誤差還是附上給大家參考)
當時體脂肪是24%左右,基代是1060,
這一年過去我覺得有發現自己身上肌肉量明顯增多,
體重這三年都沒有明顯變動,差不多都在42~44間跑動,
但腰圍從23.5變成22.5臀圍也少一吋,
可是基代還是不到1200 QQ
一年也只小幅上升20...
想問問大家,
因為基代據我了解又是公式得出,
是不是也因為我身高嬌小體重本來就會偏輕,可能會基代也較低?
基代這樣有沒有關係呀會不會是不健康的指標?
還是只要我的體脂,bmi都正常,基代不到1200也不會代表不健康,
只是一個我需要提醒自己吃到的標準而已?
