原理很簡單
並不是吃到不到基代就不行
老實說這個版把基代當作聖旨 實在已經到了瘋狂的地步了
想一下當你吃不到基代的時候到底會發生什麼事情??
基代下降? 也許正確 損失肌肉? 也沒有錯
但會下降到什麼程度?
答案就是你的基代會越來越趨近你的食量
假設那你每天都吃1500卡 只是表示你基代會越來越接近1500卡而已
只要你保持身體的各種營養素充足
身體是完全不會壞掉的
假如你是個食量本來就不大的人 一點都不需要強迫自己吃到基代
一點意義都沒有 因為反正你一天就是吃1200卡上下
硬是要衝到1500卡有什麼意義?? 維持你的食量就行了

這是基礎 當然如果你要增肌
當然一定要吃超過基代 這個毫無疑問
但不管你是要減"肥" 還是減"重"
吃不到基代本來就是方法之一
說會危害健康也太危言聳聽
照理來說 你應該吃一個 正常你可以撐得住的份量 並且營養均衡
而不是剛好吃到基代 但是吃不飽 或是 明明吃飽了 硬要撐到基代
讓基代跟你的食量做配合
當你是吃不飽的型 選擇飽足感大熱量少的食物
假如你是吃飽就這樣的人 又要減重 那你也不用硬吃到基代 ..
更甚者 假如 你是病態肥胖的人
吃不到基代並不是一個糟糕的方式
它可以幫助你快速的減重 至少先脫離不健康的範圍
總而言之
吃不到基代 真的不是什麼大奸大惡
當然我不鼓勵 你用絕食的方式做減肥
因為他不是長久之策 也會對身體造成負擔
但要學著讓食物跟著基代 而不是讓基代牽制你的身體
