我很好奇,
1.每天要吃到基礎代謝率,不然基代下降以後只要多吃一點就容易胖
而且就算瘦也只是減到肌肉
(這樣沒錯吧)
2.做重量訓練有助於增加基礎代謝率
所以如果說,我每天都吃低於基礎代謝率,但我也每天都做重量訓練
這樣會變瘦,而且逆向,會瘦更快?
基代上升,攝取熱量下降。
是這樣嗎?
