減肥要提高基礎代謝這件事情

但當我看越多篇醫學paper,越覺得基礎代謝低不是件壞事
基礎代謝下降的好處
1. 不容易餓
2. 食量下降,比較容易飽
3. 吃越少越容易長壽
4. 通常基礎代謝低的人心率都比較低,自然而然心臟比較健康
並不是說基礎代謝下降是件好事,但也沒到這麼壞的事情
目前所了解
提高基礎代謝只能透過提高心率、血壓或者增加肌肉量來提升
在肌肉量固定下代謝越低,心率及血壓降低情況下,自然基代降低
代表心臟越健康
想問看看各位高手們有什麼觀點,謝謝
