增加體脂請益 - 健身

已經google+用體脂/增加 等關鍵字爬文了
但是資訊都非常少
所以只能詢問身邊一些有在健身的朋友
他們有給我一些意見
還請大家多多指教討論
我是女生 身高148 體重35-36之間
會想增加體脂的原因是
我曾因為月經遲來的問題看過好一陣子婦產科
婦產科醫生說我太瘦了 脂肪太少
所以雌性激素也分泌得很少 導致經期紊亂
所以要我增加脂肪
(總之雌性激素
好像是要脂肪細胞幫忙分泌的樣子?
有誤請板友不吝更正)
之前曾經有詢問過幾位朋友的意見
他們建議我先狂吃垃圾食物XDD
所以我有陣子
幾乎每天都買炸雞/雞排吃
每兩天喝一杯手搖飲料
每天晚上喝牛奶或豆漿
一周吃2次個人披薩/火鍋等等
自助餐夾到破百 主菜吃魚/雞腿等等
再來就是去超商買了一堆零食和甜點
(餅乾奶酪布丁 撿友善時光各種小點心)
不讓嘴巴閒著
持續了一個多月 有增加到38
但就再也上不去
就放棄了QQQ
另外我是有運動習慣的人
幾乎每天都會跳舞(街舞)跳1-2小時
能增加食慾我覺得還不錯
但也有朋友建議我就乖乖當個肥宅不要動XD
最近因為在準備國家考試
壓力之下經期容易更不穩
所以想趕快生出一堆脂肪阿阿阿阿阿
因此來詢問上述的增脂方式有沒有問題
畢竟朋友也都是比較懂增肌減脂肪等知識
對於增加脂肪的方式他們也沒實踐過
希望大家能給我一些建議
