增肌期 碳水吃到脹氣 有解嗎? - 健身

如題
最近開始認真跑增肌
健身幾年來都是自煮清淡
因為是第一次認真跑增肌,
所以有好好算過TDEE跟營養攝取
蛋白質跟油脂的部分都好處理
(多喝點乳清跟多吃點堅果很簡單)
唯獨碳水變成是平常的2倍這部分讓肚子很撐不太舒服
同樣300克碳
如果一半分給燕麥一半糙米飯就還好
但是如果300克碳水都是糙米飯就會脹氣很嚴重
有其他不錯的替代碳水可以交錯吃嗎?
或是減少脹氣的補碳吃法也可以
