各位好 小弟最近開始重訓3個多月了
爬過文增重的原則是高重量, 低次數.
剛開始前一個月, 例如 bench press
是以 6-8rep, 3-4sets 通常做完就沒力再繼續做下去
但最近開始, 一樣是 6-8rep, 可是發現體力變好
有時候可以達到6-8sets
如果休息時間拉長到1分30秒 都還有力量可以繼續
想請教各位, 這樣情況我該如何調整呢 ???
