增肌遇到的一些問題 - 健身

我現在一週只有空去健身房兩次
以下是用網路tdee計算機算的熱量
tdee:1575
增肌所需熱量:1811
想請問如果想長點肌肉的話,我應該每天都吃到1811嗎?
還是有運動的那兩天吃到就好,其他天都吃1575?
擔心如果重訓量不夠,吃太多反而長了脂肪
最後,想問蛋白質如果有時候只能攝取到自身體重的1倍克數,這樣就真的一點肌肉都不
會長嗎?還是只是長很慢而已?
正在考慮買乳清,補充蛋白質到1.5倍左右
再麻煩大家解惑了~
