增肌還是減脂 - 健身

小弟165 目前57公斤
今天去量了簡易型的inbody 體脂肪16.8%
但腹肌還是很團結阿
所以想問比較經驗的我是應該要增肌還是減脂

目前是
二 四 六 固定去游泳一個小時
一 三 五 會做個電腦人還有滾輪
飲食沒甚麼在控制
大概就三餐盡量不會吃太油
但是身為台南人實在改不掉一天一杯飲料的習慣 所以現在就點無糖
不知道各位有甚麼建議
主要是想要能有腹肌還有胸肌能有線條
因為之前我以為大概是肚子上面那層脂肪太厚了
但現在看起來我也不知道我的方式正不正確
