小弟我想變胖點
173公分 體脂肪(修正剛量)10% 內臟1%
體重65公斤...bmi21.7
可是我沒什麼胸肌而且感覺是脂肪太低"臉太尖"很想改善
最近壓力很大有抽煙且一天喝六七瓶飲料不太喝水的
不過前後上面的數值沒什麼變化
另外聽說內臟脂肪太低容易受傷
請問一下除了重訓
有什麼運動可改善內臟脂肪,體重,臉太尖嗎?
