增重 多久才會看到成績? - 健身

小弟是軍人
目前 55kg 很多重物搬起來很吃力
看起來也很薄弱
想增加到 70kg 提升力量
上個月起
假日就會買魚、蝦、雞肉、牛肉來自己煮
都是簡單的去料理
清燙蝦子、煎鮭魚跟雞胸肉、牛肉煮火鍋吃但不喝湯
放假可以吃到 5000卡
平日在部隊也會去買牛奶喝,天天喝
有大約算過每餐 + 飯後的牛奶都吃接近 1000卡
偶爾晚上還會吃些泡麵、宵夜,一天就超過 3000卡 了
但體重依然沒有起伏,仍卡在 55kg
平日運動就部隊搬重物
跑步、伏地挺身、單槓
假日也會自主體測跑 3000、伏地挺身、拉單槓、仰臥起坐,加上啞鈴小小練一下
近半年明顯感覺到大腿有愈來愈結實,增厚
體態、體能都有愈來愈好
但體重就是上不去怎麼辦?
還是時間不夠久?
增重是要以年為單位來計算才看得到效果的嗎?
