一開始的inbody如下
體重:61.9
骨骼肌:28.1
體脂肪:11.3
體脂率:18.3
每日飲食:
早餐蛋餅*2
午餐晚餐外食雞腿便當
蛋白質乳清補到90g
訓練教練課 一週三練
七月初的inbody如下
體重:63.5
骨骼肌:28.1
體脂肪:12.9
體脂率:20
測量出來體脂肪增加1.3kg
我該如何解讀呢 測量誤差 或是訓練量不足?
不然怎麼都只有增加脂肪..
