增重的問題 - 健身

小弟171cm 60kg 肌肉重量46kg
目前安排的課表是一周練四天
壹週七天分別是 胸肌+三頭
休息
背肌+二頭
休息
腿
休息
肩膀+核心
Loop
因為有胃食道逆流的問題
所以腹部不太能出力 就沒排腹部訓練了^^"
我的目標是3個月內增加肌肉重量3KG
如果正常訓練+正常飲食的話
有機會達到嗎??
如果目的是為了增加肌肉
訓練過程應該是 次數低/重量大
還是 次數高/重量多 呢?
請各位前輩們不吝指教!
