增重碰到瓶頸@@ - 健身

剛po文~有人說我沒說到重點~所以我就刪文+從po
小弟163cm/63kg 體脂12.6%
前一個月(6.21~7.21)增了三公斤
可是7.21之後到現在只增了0.5kg
我重訓後的飲食如下
1.洗完澡後馬上喝增重乳清
2.糙米飯或橋麥麵半碗公
3.雞胸肉一附or鮪魚罐頭一罐(150g)
4.蛋兩顆(其中一個去蛋黃)
5.統一高纖無糖豆漿一瓶
重訓一個星期四.五天
一.胸+三頭 +斜方
二.背+二頭+三角
三.腿+腹
這三個菜單輪流跑~
都已經過了三星期了~體重還是一樣~
請問要怎麼突破瓶頸阿?
感覺好沮喪喔@@
