增重與骨骼肌重 - 健身

各位好,第一次在這邊發文
一直以來都體感認為自己體重稍低
且上半身單薄又窄的排骨身材
前陣子做了inbody測量

發現體重離成人標準確實有點低
且骨骼肌重偏低,知道喝大量蛋白質(乳清)加重訓能使體重增加
但想尋找其他可能的做法
想問能靠哪些類型食物或飲食習慣來增重
問過相關背景的朋友,關於短期增重的做法:披薩、高油、高鹽、高糖
但不推薦我為了增重犧牲健康
除此之外有更健康的增重方式嗎
常聽到水煮雞胸肉,但是租屋的條件下滿多限制的...
