增重菜單和訓練方式 - 健身

小弟26y
身高172 體重約58 體脂約6或7
去年以前體重大約只有52上下
後來保持訓練跟飲食增量
每個月體重大概有1公斤的成長
原本依我的目標大概60~62剛剛好
但現在的體重已經卡住約半年多不變
所以想請教自我訓練不知道有哪裡要加強?
菜單很簡單 只花四十分鍾 地點都在公園
拉單槓50下 深蹲100下 伏地挺身100
總共分3組做完, 有時也會多做,
每週頻率大概3~4次
偶爾會搭配倒立或其他突然想到的動作
假日有時會跑步登山做有氧
一年以來都是這樣的菜單
不知到這樣的組數跟頻率是否要調整
或是更改動作?
飲食部分,其實也滿簡單
一天5~6餐 點餐吃麵盡量都大碗
以下是最常出現在我生活的菜單
早餐:一杯麥片牛奶或蕃薯配豆漿,
偶爾搭配點水果,吃完就運動,再吃點蛋白
中餐:正常大便當,牛雞豬
下午茶:一大塊麵包
晚餐:正常大便當,牛雞豬
宵夜:看餓的程度,
有時候會再吃一個正餐量
有時吃個潤餅之類打發
不知道以上的菜單
怎樣才能突破卡了半年的瓶頸?
