壓力/食欲/罪惡感 - 健身

想請問各位大大是如何排解
菸酒生最近被繳交期限整得壓力很大
這幾周早上6點左右都會自動醒來(平常鬧鐘是訂八點半)
之前早上都不太有食欲
但是最近一早起來就很想很想大吃泡麵/熱湯麵那種大餐
平常一周大約重訓3-4次
飲食主要就是戒精緻澱粉(五穀雜糧原形還是會吃) 蛋白質吃體重1-1.2倍
水果蔬菜吃很多
大概這樣的飲食已經一年多 平時偶爾吃個甜食冰淇淋其實都還滿滿足的
但是我覺得是最近寫論文的壓力
我真的會很想大吃特吃
尤其是越不健康的東西就越想吃
但是下一秒又會覺得 吃了我之前運動的成果又要全泡湯
所以壓力又更大
想吃 又要告誡自己不能放縱
除了砍掉重練有沒有什麼可以跳開侷限的思考方式呢?
