暑假也過了一半了
也差不多做了一個月的重訓了
我做重訓除了建立好看的身體線條
還有一個原因是想加強我的壘球實力
我還是新生的時候滿想守三壘的
但是我很明顯沒辦法對角長傳給一壘
又直又快
所以幾乎都只能守二壘
暑假練了一些肩
有辦法直接反應在傳球的實力上面嗎
還是傳球重要的是協調性
變強還是只能靠KGB
